"Forget Weights, Forget Cardio"

That's What a 76-year Old Man Said Before Getting Me into the Best Shape of My Life.

How I simultaneously doubled my strength, endurance and flexibility in record time without lifting weights or long-distance running.

Dear Friend,

I was the total skeptic. Not only had I lifted weights and run long distance for years, but I had major success under my belt, including a world kung fu championship and a national collegiate wrestling title. So I just didn't want to believe what Karl Gotch, a 76-year old pro wrestler told me about exercising WITHOUT weights... and WITHOUT long-distance running.

Most importantly, I didn't want to hear that the hours I had spent running long distances, lifting weights and so-on could be replaced with three body-weight exercises that left me drenched in a pool of sweat within minutes. Hate to admit it, but I must. I felt like a complete weakling when I started doing theses exercises. At the same time, I was inspired and challenged Let me tell you, when I looked at this "76 year-old man's" physique and watched him demonstrate his exercises, I was seeing a demonstration of the strength, endurance and flexibility that I've always wanted.

Matt Furey, best-selling author of Combat Conditioning

What I discovered shocked me from head to toe!

Before I met Karl I THOUGHT I was strong. I thought I was tough. But the exercises he gave me exploited every weakness that weights and running could not cover, In a matter of minutes, I knew Karl "had me." So I gave up the weights and began a routine of bodyweight calisthenics called Combat Conditioning. Afterall, when a man of 76 can do things that a 36-year old cannot do, that tells you that "Yes, there's gold in them there hills."

The exercises I learned had such a profound and dramatic effect on me, that for nine years I have introduced hundreds of thousands of men and women of all ages and of all backgrounds to this extraordinary program. And the results are shocking, awe-inspiring and PROOF that this system works, and works FAST.

Who is Combat Conditioning for?

It's for the hard-working man or woman who often finds it difficult to squeeze in a quick workout.

It's for the traveling executive who sleeps in hotel rooms more than at home.

It's for for those who have trained their whole lives on weights.

It's for athletes, martial artists and the military.

And ... IT'S FOR the man or woman who hasn't done a lick of exercise in decades.

Even One Minute a Day Brings Results!

Unlike other exercise program where you are told you MUST do 30 minutes of cardio per day and an hour of weights, to get results, Combat Conditioning is totally different. 15 minutes is all it takes to whoop the hard-core trainee. But for the total beginner, he or she can get results starting with ONLY one minute a day. And no, this is not a joke.

Time is not the issue!

Forget all those workouts that take all day. With Combat Conditioning, all that's required is your own body and a tiny "get started NOW" decision to DO a little something each day.

The key to your success is in the magical, transformative power of these exercises - not in your belief system about hard work. For many people, just one rep is all they can do at first, and they're shaking like a leaf on a windy day in Chicago. And so, that's all that person should do at first. Even if you think you're not doing enough - the exercises work their magic anyway. Your body has it's own intelligence and will work FOR YOU if you'll simply get out of the way and let it.

When you do, pretty soon you'll be the type of person who can do 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 or 128 repetitions and feel no fatigue. Instead of tiredness you'll feel exhilaration and ENERGY. You're building strength and endurance from the INSIDE-OUT. And believe me, once you can do more than a few reps, inches of unsightly fat and pounds of excess flab will fly off your body at break-neck speed.

New Results from Forgotten Exercises

Are the exercises in Combat Conditioning NEW? Well, not really. They go back about 5,000 years - but for the most part, they got lost in the shuffle when weights, gadgets and gyms came around. So although they aren't NEW, they're "New to YOU!"

Before I learned these exercises, I read about the Great Gama of India, a wrestler who followed this program and was unbeaten in 5,000 matches. I also read that the legendary Bruce Lee did these exercises, too. And we all know about Lee's incredible martial arts skills. Then there was the All-Pro NFL running back, Hershell Walker, who did bodyweight exercises each day. The list goes on and on. The key is in having a proven program with a track record, and Combat Conditioning is just that.

Puts You into the Old Clothes You Dream of Wearing Again!

The main reason why Combat Conditioning works is because it targets all the weak links in your body. And when all those weak links are given a little attention, your entire body gets stronger, faster, more powerful and more energetic. Spend time each day doing a few functional exercises and the payoff is HUGE.

You get functional strength, endurance and flexibility - all at the same time. Not to mention seeing the excess inches flying off your body, making it easy for you to fit into the clothes you dream of wearing again. Stop dreaming. Start DOING. And get results.

12 Ways Combat Conditioning Will Change Your Life!

Follow this program and your body is going to change big time. In fact, I've made a list of 12 of the most powerful benefits that hundreds of thousands of others all over the world have gotten from the Combat Conditioning program. Let's take a look:
1. Cranks up your metabolism so you burn excess body fat a lot, lot faster. This means fitting into the clothes you WANT to wear.

2. Packs attractive and healthy functional muscles (not grotesque) onto your entire body

3. Simultaneously doubles your strength and flexibility - and does so without needing separate workouts for each.

4. Quadruples your endurance inside of 30 days. Never get tired again.

5. Within a couple weeks, it often eliminates chronic back and shoulder pain from years of heavy squats, deadlifts and bench pressing - or other forms of abuse.

6. Sleep like a log. Eight hours of deep sleep is no longer a goal. It's automatic. As soon as you hit the rack you're out like a light.

7. Your self-confidence will have no bounds. Especially when you got compliments from people who hardly paid attention to you before.

8. You can train anywhere. You don't need more than a few square feet of carpet or pavement and you're all set. You don't need equipment. Just your own bodyweight.

9. You get a kick-butt workout done in 15 minutes or less.

10. You'll turn back the clock. Friends may tell you that you look 5-10 years younger.

11. You'll have an explosive type of strength that weights cannot give you. Your every movement will be lively and full of vigor.

12. Your muscles will be pliable and powerful, like a tiger's.

What do men and women have to say about the Combat Conditioning program?

"Matt, I am a US Marine stationed overseas. I am also a wrestler/judoka and the Marine who developed the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. I use your courses regularly. I like your no-nonsense approach. Particularly as I get older, bodyweight exercises are quick, flexible, all-encompassing and convenient. Keep up the good work!"

"After receiving quite a number of emails from people telling me about their positive experiences with Matt Furey's system of bodyweight exercises, I decided to order his book and video and check it out for myself. Guess what? They're right ... His 'Royal Court' of three bodyweight exercises is demanding - and fun. Combat Conditioning, Furey style, is definitely worth exploring ...Furey's exercises offer a wonderful new challenge -- just what the doctor ordered to renew enthusiasm and keep your gains coming. Give it a try."

"We just bought your Combat Conditioning book and it is fantastic! For years as a gymnast and gymnastics coach I have been doing a lot of these exercises. Some I haven't done in a while like the handstand push-ups and some we do on a regular basis like the v-ups and mountain climbers.

"I have added some new ones from your book like the grasshopper, reverse push-ups and of course the Hindu push-ups and Hindu squats. I have also made the kids on the team do them.

"I have already noticed a change in my thigh muscles and shoulders!! I thought I was in great shape until I started doing those Hindu push-ups!! I love them.

"For years I have been telling my guy pals that lifting weight only added bulk and did nothing for you other than looking good. They couldn't even touch their toes!! Thanks for validating my way of thinking - that strength and flexibility need to go hand in hand. Something that gymnasts and wrestlers already should know.

"I am entering the Army in April and am using your book to get in kick-ass shape before then. Thanks for the inspiration!!

"Combat Conditioning is growing in popularity by leaps and bounds for one reason. IT WORKS! Those who feel threatened, well, they aint gonna beat us--so they might as well join us. By the way, I'm 51, have worked out my entire life, and nothing compares to what Matt Furey teaches. I'm in the best shape of my life - and that's saying a lot."

"I am in better shape now than before, and before I was using heavy steroids.I looked bad, bloated and was always sore. Now I am clean, look great, and I am strong. I can pick guys up over my head and throw em' like toys, and I am being accused for steroid use because of my muscle tone."

"The Hindu pushups are such an incredible workout for the entire upper body, that I hardly recognize myself when I take my shirt off. Yes, my wife is diggin' it. You gotta understand Matt, I've been a fitness freak for the better part of my adult life. But nothing has worked so well for me. Ever. I've been a runner, bike rider, tried exercise videos, lifted weights. I could go on and on. I am recommending Combat Conditioning to all of my students and friends. There is absolutely nothing better on the market."

"Oh my GAWD, I'm not only tired, but had my workout time literally halved! My legs are sore, my heart raced as if I'd run for 10 miles ... and all this took place inside of 20 minutes!!!! This was from some of the exercises from Combat Conditioning. Matt, all I did was the Hindu squats (28) the Hindu push-ups (16) and just 2 of the bridges, did a wall sit for 2 minutes, I couldn't do anymore than that, honestly ... and I was wiped out! I literally worked up a sweat and ended just after only 20 minutes! I love workouts like this where it kicks my ass, because I now know I can only get better from here. I'm just proud of the fact that I got through as many Hindu squats and Hindu pushups as I did. Thanks. It only gets better, stronger and leaner from here. Gyms have nothing on one's own bodyweight."

"Did I get bigger and stronger as the result of lifting weights? Absolutely. Did I add muscle mass? Yes. Did lifting weights give me more energy? Probably. However that is where the benefits ended. My flexibility decreased every year that I lifted and due to the very dangerous nature of lifting I had constant aches and pains. Moreover, I have obtained all of those benefits and more from performing those silly little bodyweight exercises. Within one month of Combat Conditioning my flexibility improved and some of the aches and pains subsided. It is now two years later. I am 36 years old and I am in the best condition of my life(by far). Some of my old weight lifting buddies are in such constant pain that performing everyday tasks become monumentally difficult."

Adam Hirsch

"I still lift weights along with all of the exercises I've learned from Matt. After back surgery, 6 knee surgeries, and serious shoulder problems I feel better than ever. And while I still enjoy lifting weights, my rehab, improved health and conditioning, improved flexibility, etc. are a direct result of Combat Conditioning ... I'm stronger than ever and my new found strength and knowledge helps me lift weights safer."

Mark Gaudreault

"I can hold a 25 minute Back Bridge even though I have two sets of fused vertabrae that were in part destroyed from weightlifting. I could squat well over 300lbs. for 20 reps but got sore as hell when doing Hindu squats."

Dave Dreher
New Jersey

"If I'm gonna pick a bar fight I want Furey and guys with functional strength. I've seen hundreds of guys who can bench press the entire weight tree but can't wipe their ass, use a blow dryer on their head or toss a NERF football in the ocean while standing on the beach. I'll be 43 in October and I combine Matt's stuff with O-lifting, road work and anything I can think of to kick my rear. I've NEVER been in this kind of shape."

"Your videos were definitely worth the wait! Trying to keep up with you, and maintain coordination, was the best laugh I've had in a week. Well, it's great to see how the exercises are actually performed. The videos are so much help in that area! Thank you once again for sharing your education with us all. I am one awfully sore old lady right now! But, I keep going back for more!"

"First off, I've been doing Combat Conditioning for about 3 weeks now and I'd like to say thanks. One of your adds sounded just like me. I'm a large mammal at 6'4", 240 lbs. My one rep maximum in the bench was around 400 lbs. so I thought I was in pretty good shape. The only problem was my creaking bones when I woke up in the a.m. I'm a San Diego cop and "the job" is definitely a contact sport. Combat Conditioning has made a big difference in my OVERALL strength, conditioning, and flexibility. The guys at the station can't believe that I'm not lifting weights anymore but you can't argue with results. Thanks again and keep it up."

"Matt , I just finished the first week of the Combat Conditioning/Combat Abs exercises and nutritional principles. OH MY GOD! After just 7 days, I've lost 10.5 pounds and have taken 1 1/2" off of my waist! I am also seeing my level of fitness improving; I was so out of shape that at first, the best I could manage was 6 Hindu Squats and 6 Hindu Pushups. I'm up to 25 each already, and getting better every day. I still can't bridge, but am using the Wall Walking exercise. I can't touch my head to the floor yet, but every time I do the exercise, my head keeps getting lower.

"Matt, I have never had results like this. I'm excited about Combat Conditioning and look forward to exercising. My only regret is that I didn't have my wife take pictures of me before I started. Well, the camera will be ready when she gets home from work tonight! And a tip of my hat to Bob Lucarelli... he was my inspiration to getting my ass in gear and getting started.

"Thank you so much for making Combat Conditioning available... and Happy 10th Anniversary! "

"Hey Matt,
My name's Serena and I'm a 5' 26 year old female. I recently climbed Mount Kinabalu in the state of Sabah in Malaysia. Before the climb, I was worried that I'd get stiff muscles before reaching the top. You see,the climb is broken into 2 segments. On the first day, we are to take a 7km trail (which includes both natural slopes and steps cut into the earth). Then at 2 am on the next day, we are to climb a further 2km to the top - mostly steep rocky slopes. All in, it was a 2,537m climb (from the Kinabalu Park at 1,558m above sea level to the summit at 4,095.2m above sea level). But was I surprised that when I woke up on Day 2, my legs were FINE! No stiffness at all! And it's all thanks to Hindu Squats. And before that day, I was only doing 150 squats a day, 3 days a week, for 2 weeks! (But of course I took many weeks to work up to that.) Thanks Matt, for making this info available."
